N B Crafts & Sweetz is a small, family-run business located in the heart of Surrey. We specialize in creating bespoke gift hampers which include but not limited to candles, chocolates, and retro sweets.

How NB Crafts & Sweetz was born
For years, I worked as a waitress at the airport, juggling a demanding rotating schedule. Some days started as early as 4 a.m., while others ended past midnight—depending on the bus timetable. There were no consistent days off, which made spending quality time with my kids incredibly difficult. There were stretches when I wouldn’t see them for two or even three days in a row—they’d be asleep by the time I got home, and gone by the time I woke up. Life became even more challenging after my divorce, when I got my own place and took on the full responsibility of caring for them. Despite everything, I pushed through and continued working for another six months. But the toll was heavy. I was surviving on just 3 to 4 hours of sleep, working 8- to 9-hour shifts on my feet every day. My mental health began to suffer, and I knew something had to change. So, I made the brave decision to hand in my resignation. I spent over two months searching for work-from-home opportunities. But eventually, I had a realization: Why work so hard to build someone else's dream when I could build my own? That’s when NB Crafts & Sweetz was born—a small business built with love, creativity, and the desire to create a better future for my children. What started as a vision is now a growing reality. I've taken part in local Christmas markets, launched my website so customers can place orders online, and created a Google business page to help others discover what I offer. Just recently, I received my first major order—six Easter hampers—through WhatsApp! This is just the beginning, and I see NB Crafts & Sweetz as a stepping stone to something even bigger. Every product I create is made with care and purpose, and I'm proud of how far I’ve come in such a short time.
